# Global search engine

The application's global search engine lets you search across the application. It currently works in the business glossary and data catalog modules.

Enter a search term to get suggestions. Click one to navigate directly to the matching entity, or press Enter to view the full list of results.

From this list, you can view all results or results for a specific module. You can also open a selected result to see more details.
