## Get reference dataset

## Delete reference dataset
> Permanently deletes a reference dataset by its ID. The dataset is immediately removed from the database, including all associated data rows and metadata.\

## List reference datasets
> Returns a list of reference datasets visible to the current user. The response includes dataset metadata (name, domain IDs, row count) but not the actual data rows.\

> Requires the \*\*'View structures'\*\* permission. The list is automatically filtered to include only datasets belonging to domains the user has access to. Administrators and service accounts see all datasets.
