# File Bulk Update Event

## List file bulk update events

> Lists file bulk‑update events visible to the authenticated user. Only events created by the current user are returned.\
> \
> Permissions required (both must be granted): \*\*'Create note'\*\* and \*\*'Edit note'\*\*.\
> \
> Returns a list of event objects (array) with the following fields:\
> \- \`user\_id\` – ID of the user who initiated the upload.\
> \- \`hash\` – Unique hash identifying the bulk upload job.\
> \- \`status\` – Current state of the job; possible values: 'STARTED', 'COMPLETED', 'FAILED', 'PENDING'.\
> \- \`task\_reference\` – Background job reference (can be a string or object) used for tracking.\
> \- \`response\` – Present only when \`status\` is 'COMPLETED'; contains \`ids\` (list of updated structure IDs) and \`errors\` (list of error objects).\
> \- \`message\` – Optional error message when \`status\` is 'FAILED'.\
> \- \`filename\` – Original name of the uploaded file.\
> \- \`inserted\_at\` – ISO‑8601 timestamp of event creation.<br>
