## Bulk load accesses

> Bulk-loads access records from the supplied payload, returning the number of inserted rows, invalid changesets, and any external IDs that were not found.\

> The operation is designed for batch import rather than a single-record create. Returns a summary: inserted rows, invalid rows with their validation data, and resource external IDs that were not found.\
